NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your item. Items must be returned in their original state with labels still attached! Also, strictly no signs of wear, fake tan/marks, perfume/smoke and unwashed.
SALE ITEMS are NON RETURNABLE!
Some items are EXEMPT from return for refund due to hygiene reasons. This would include pierced jewellery and swimwear.
Our pre order items are STRICTLY exchange only! The wait time for each item will vary but it will be stated, so please make sure you read the wait time and take this into account when ordering a pre order item. Please bear in mind during our busy periods this time frame may be extended. A mutual agreement is formed once the order has been placed. You are solely reliable on ensuring all product information has been agreed with before purchase.
Dollerina London has the rights to reject any items and refuse a refund if you have sent your item back and it doesn’t meet our refund policy standard. Therefore you will be sent back your item and notified of any charges.
If a faulty or wrong item is sent to you we apologise and will get this sorted asap!
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. The parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it back. We do advise for all returns to be sent back using a tracked/signed service. Please do keep your proof of posting receipt from your post office/courier. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can simply find all of the information to make a return within your parcel.
Just fill in your returns form and pop this with your parcel, if you have misplaced this form please include a note with your full name and order number so we can issue a refund to the right person.

Once your item has been returned please allow upto 14 working days for this to be received. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on how you paid can impact the refund process. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
